Delivery Questions

  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days! Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder or promotions tab, if you cannot find it please contact us.
  • We offer worldwide shipping, but please keep in mind that not all of our merchandise ships from the same location, such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia, and more. As a result, delivery times may range from 7 to 20 business days on average. Please note that the customs and import process in your country heavily influence delivery times.

Refund Questions

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
